Defective/Faulty items:
Include photographic evidence of the damage/fault with the item(s) in an email to sales@barefacebeauty.shop. If approved we will respond with an email including a Royal Mail prepaid returns label for drop off at a Post Office. Once the item is received by us, it will be examined and a refund issued.
We may deem a product to be still usable despite some damage in which case a partial refund may be offered if the customer chooses to keep the item.
Buyer's Remorse/any other returns reason:
You will be responsible for buying your own label and paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If have purchased an Evri returns label through our returns portal, please print the Evri label, attach it to your returns parcel and DROP OFF at an EVRI DROP OFF POINT convenient to you.
Shipping costs are non-refundable in this case. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping to your shipping address will be deducted from your refund.
If an item has already been shipped you will not be able to cancel your delivery. In that case you will have to wait until it arrives and return it unopened and in its original packaging to get a refund.

We are NOT responsible for providing invoices for platforms such as Amazon as a condition of sale. We are not and don’t operate as a wholesaler.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
NOTE:
We DO NOT REIMBURSE CUSTOMS DUTY FOR INTERNATIONAL REFUNDS where a return and/or refund has been agreed by us. Any customs duty and VAT charges paid by customers at the border of receiving countries must be claimed back from your Customs border office.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with a clear photo showing the defect/damage to the item received at sales@barefacebeauty.shop and we will direct you further.
Since Brexit, all items sold from the UK and shipped to EU countries may incur delays at the customs border and parcels may incur customs duty on top of the purchase price and shipping costs already paid to Bare Face Beauty. Customs documents are provided by us to allow your purchase to pass through customs as quickly as possible. Since January 2021, we have experienced some delays at the customs border, please check your tracking log for updates and where a "delivery partner" link is shown on the tracking log..please follow the link to see which local service will ensure the delivery in your country. All of the above is applicable when items are returned back to us in the U.K. from other countries.
