* "Once the order is ready for shipping" refers to the order processing/preparation time to ready the order parcel for pickup by the Royal Mail and IS NOT INCLUDED in the Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 timescales. Order processing times can vary depending on demand - for instance at Christmas where sales volumes are large orders may take longer than normal to process.
Please note that the Royal Tracked 24 and 48 services are not guarenteed to take 24 or 48 hours respectively. Parcel volumes handled by the Royal Mail at certain busy times of the year may push out these time estimates.

We use Royal Mail:
1. Your orders enjoy free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery for order values over £50.
2. Order values under £50 incur a shipping charge of £3.95 for Royal Mail Tracked 48
3. Royal Mail Tracked 24 for any order value is £4.95.
4. For Rest of World we offer Royal Mail. Shipping is calculated on checkout before order submission. If you prefer another international courier please email us to enquire.
BREXIT:
Since Brexit, all items sold from the UK and shipped to EU countries may incur delays at the customs border and parcels may incur customs duty and VAT on top of the purchase price and shipping costs already paid to Bare Face Beauty. Customs documents are provided by us to allow your purchase to pass through customs as quickly as possible. Since January 2021, we have experienced some delays at the customs border, please check your tracking log for updates and where a "delivery partner" link is shown on the tracking log..please follow the link to see which local service will ensure the delivery in your country.
Please Note:
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped. Once the courier has receipt of the item(s) to be delivered we cannot change the order address or cancel the order. We do not have any control over the transit process until it reaches the destination. If the courier has not yet picked up your order, the order can be cancelled for a full refund.
Refunds of damaged goods will only be made if photographic evidence is provided of the damage and the damage occurred as a result of manufacture or during transit. Once this evidence is scrutinsed by Bare Face Beauty employees and we are satisfied that a refund is due, only then will a refund be made
You are entitled to change your mind within 14 days of making the order, your consumer rights, according to the Consumer Rights Act of the United Kingdom, are protected. However, if you change your mind and the item(s) have already been shipped within the 14 day period we cannot retrieve the item(s) once in transit. We ask you to wait for delivery of the parcel(s) and then forward the item(s) to Bare Face Beauty within 14 days of receipt of the item(s) to the address below, UNOPENED and UNDAMAGED. Once we receive the item(s) and check it over to ensure that it is in brand new condition, unopened, clothing item(s) are unworn with tags still attached, only then can a full refund be made in this instance.
You will receive an email or SMS (where a mobile phone number has been supplied) when your shipment has been dispatched. You will receive updates regarding the status of your shipment via your preferred method of communication.
